The captain of the India Suryakumar Yadav team spoke of his recovery of a sports hernia before the 2025 Asian Cup, which should start on September 9 in the United Arab Emirates. “I’m feeling good at the moment. It’s been five to six weeks. Good process, good routines in the past six weeks and crossed fingers. Feeling really well. [the sports hernia injury] In fact, it was diagnosed near the end of the IPL, “said Suryakumar.
“I felt it because I also had a similar type of injury last year and that’s how I made known. So few control lists were there. I tried these things and then I realized that it is time to go for a little MRI,” he added.

So all the strength and conditioning and the physios understood how its body works and accordingly they have planned all the training.”
“All of this was instantaneous. As soon as I used to hit the gymnasium and I came here, they would plan the sessions. And that’s how we took a week at a time and slowly but regularly, we are here,” he added.

Suryakumar Yadav seen for the last time in action in the T20 Mumbai League
Suryakumar Yadav was last seen in action in the T20 Mumbai league for Triumph Knights MNE. His team endured a disappointing campaign and failed to carry out the KOs.
