Arsenal seeks to sign the Crystal Palace Ebelechi Eze attacker during the summer transfer window.
The 27 -year -old has a liberation clause of 68 million pounds sterling in his contract, and Arsenal agreed to pay 30 million pounds sterling for him. They are now trying to pay the rest of the costs. Crystal Palace wants the costs paid within two years, and the two clubs now negotiate the payment structure, according to football transfers.
