John Rich explodes Joel Osteen for having apparently preached the false gospel

Country singer John Rich Make waves after the rampage publicly mega-church Joel Osteen. During a vast podcast discussion, Rich took a moment to talk about religion and explain why he is not a fan of Osteen, one of the most popular televangalists in the world. According to Rich, Osteen does not preach a key element of the Gospels, and for him, it is a major misstep as a Christian leader.

John Rich explodes Christian President Joel Osteen for having apparently refused to preach the true Gospel of Jesus
On the “Shawn Ryan Show”, Rich, 51, opened his faith before turning his attention to mega-church pastors like Osteen.
During the conversation, Rich slammed Osteen, 62, for having pretended to refuse to make his congregation “uncomfortable” with what Rich believes is the truth: that the end of time happens.
Rich said that the teaching of certain passages from the Bible can be “very uncomfortable for Christians to have to think”, adding “to say that God would never do that his people are going through something that is one of the most ignorant and most ignorant spiritually things that a person could say.”
He continued: “This is number one. The number two is in modern churches, even today, they still don’t want there to be a few but not much. They don’t want to preach this.”

Rich says Joel Osteen will never preach the truth
As he continued, the singer of “Steel Bridges” said that preachers like Osteen would “never” share what he considered the truth with his audience. “Joel Osteen will never say anything who will make anyone uncomfortable at any level,” he said.
Rich has also criticized Osteen, who has more than six million followers on Instagram, for having apparently neglected a crucial part of what he believes that all religious services should include, in particular the altar appeal, where the faithful can choose to give their life publicly.
“Thousands of people who come there to pray and give their life to Jesus. You will not see Joel Osteen doing this and there are a lot of other preachers like that,” said Rich.

Rich believes that American Christians live a comfortable life

But it is not that everything rich had to say on the church based in Texas. As he continued, Rich called Osteen for having taught his church enthusiasts that God would never make the faithful confronted with specific challenges.
“HAS [those teachers]I say, really? “Rich said Rich.” Why don’t you say that to underground Christians in Communist China at the moment who are killed by thousands? “”
He added: “Why don’t you say that to Christians in Syria at the moment who are cut into pieces in the streets? Do you think that big, lazy and American Christians are better than them? No. They are superior to us.”
“They are ready to worship God and be Christians when it means that they could die to do so. And we don’t have this problem in the United States,” Rich finished.

About Joel Osteen

Osteen and his wife, Victoria Osteen, are pastors of one of the largest churches in America, Lakewood Church in Houston, Texas. According to Gotquestions Ministry, a Christian Resource Center, Osteen’s weekly television program is considered by more than 20 million people each month in more than 100 countries – and that does not include the church podcast, Youtube flows and publications on social networks.
Although certain basic principles of Osteen’s message – as “the Trinitarian nature of God” – are biblical, its teachings are mainly associated with the controversial “Gospel of prosperity”, the idea that material wealth is a sign of the favor of God.

Gotquestions Minister notes that another fault with Osteen’s lessons is that they often look like “an inspiring life coach” rather than the real teachings of the Bible.
“He often preaches on how people can improve their lives, be prosperous and live happiness. In a significantly absent way in Osteen’s optimistic message is a mention of sin or repentance. The atonement of Christ provides us with a life and abundant life, according to Osteen, but it is not necessary to receive by the forgiveness of a Holy God”, indicates their website.
“In many interviews and writings, Osteen has failed to proclaim that Jesus is the only way to heaven. He has repeatedly refused to agree with the teachings of the Bible that certain behaviors are guilty. It is not a new converted converted; it is the leader of a tens of thousands of people. The Bible.”

Other celebrities call Osteen

And Rich’s comments on Osteen, who has a net value of more than $ 50 million, is not the first time that a public figure has called the South leader. In 2019, the author and actress Sarah Cooper made fun of Osteen and her Lakewood church on X, formerly Twitter, saying that it was only money, because they “prefer Tens and the 1920s”.
Rapper TI also published the Pastor publicly during Hurricane Harvey in 2017, after Osteen initially refused to open his huge Lakewood church as a refuge for displaced residents.
“How can someone (in particular a so-called man of God) earn $ 70 [plus million a year] Released from tax of citizens of a city which is now in distress and which needs food and a shelter, does not open the doors of the House of the Gods (supposedly) to help those who need it? “”
The artist “Live Your Life” then tagged Osteen on social networks, by writing, “You are a fraud !!!!”
