Youtuber Ducky Bhai has imprisoned pre -trial detention for the promotion of online game applications
YouTuber Saad-Ur-Rehman, better known as Ducky Bhai, was sent to prison for 14 days in pre-trial detention on allegations to promote online game applications. He has now also filed a request for release under surety under article 497 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, arguing that the FIR against him is “false and frivolous” and was deposited with “ulterior motives” to humiliate him.
The popular creator appeared before the Lahore court in Pakistan, where he was sentenced in a case related to the promotion of online game platforms. The hearing came after spending three days in pre -trial detention. The National Cyber Crime Agency (NCCIA) had previously requested an extension for a more in -depth investigation, but this request was refused.
In the survey, the NCCIA said that it had already found evidence that Ducky Bhai worked as the so -called “ Manager of the country ” – A position for which he did not obtain the right authorization for – an illegal game application, promoting several Paris platforms, money laundering through online games and frauding users. In addition to the fact that the game is illegal in Pakistan, the evidence of a list of illegal activities led to its arrest at Lahore airport.
The investigation was launched for the first time on June 13, 2025, according to Ary News, after the FIR was registered against Ducky Bhai arguing that the promotion of game applications put people at risk of strong financial losses, in particular those vulnerable to the damage linked to the game.
Ducky Bhai believed to have misleaded the bettors
In addition to encouraging its audience to invest in platforms like Binomi, Ducky Bhai has collected millions of rupees, only to refuse payments later.
“Although he was summoned, Ducky Bhai refused to cooperate with the investigation,” said NCCIA officials. “His name was then placed on the national provisional identification list (PNIL). He was then intercepted at Allama Iqbal International Airport while he was trying to travel abroad.”
This led to its arrest at the airport, where the police confiscated an iPhone 16 Pro Max containing WhatsApp discussions with individuals linked to Binomo promotions and proofs of the reception of illegal payments.
Ducky Bhai is not the only influencer to face similar accusations, with three online personalities linked to the sanctions of the Swedish authorities.
