WWE: Bad news for Liv Morgan

Judgment Day’s Liv Morgan made her return to WWE in San Diego at Survivor Series and helped Dominik Mysterio win his second Intercontinental Championship. Unfortunately, there is some bad news about what’s next for Morgan.

Following Liv Morgan’s return to the weekly product, the former women’s world champion took on Stephanie Vaquer. However, it was Raquel Rodriguez who attacked the current champion while Morgan and Roxanne Perez supported Big Mami Cool’s decision.

According to Body Shot+management has already discussed a match between Morgan and Stephanie Vaquer for some time, but there are no imminent preparations for the match anytime soon. Management also wants to create organic tension between the two stars before a match.

However, the bad news for Liv Morgan and her fans lies here, because even with a potential feud between the two, management sees high hopes for La Primera and sees immense value in a showdown between Vaquer and Rhea Ripley or Becky Lynch.

The report also states that the company strongly supports Stephanie Vaquer as champion, indirectly hinting that even in the event of a feud with the champion, Morgan likely won’t hold the gold, as management has long-term plans for La Primera.

What’s next for Liv Morgan from The Judgment Day on WWE RAW?

Liv Morgan ruled the women’s division on Monday Night RAW for most of 2025 and eventually held another championship the following year alongside The Judgment Day’s Raquel Rodriguez. However, the 31-year-old star missed a few months in 2025 when she injured her shoulder during a match against Kabuki Warrior’s Kairi Sane on WWE RAW.

Upon her return to the promotion, she does her best to keep everyone together in the absence of Dominik Mysterio. Additionally, she is often seen with Roxanne Perez instead of Raquel Rodriguez, who is feuding with WWE Hall of Famer Nikki Bella and Women’s World Champion Stephanie Vaquer.

The ladies of The Judgment Day will likely attempt to win the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship sooner rather than later, as Morgan and Rodriguez made history with these belts. It will be interesting to see when the 31-year-old star gets the opportunity to step into the Women’s World Championship.
