Witnesses Reportedly Hear Chilling Scream Before Texas A&M Student’s Death

Witnesses reportedly claimed to have heard a frightening scream from someone in the area where the Texas A&M sophomore was located. Brianna Aguilera was found dead after a tailgate party.
According to a report from New York PostTexas lawyer Tony Buzbee said two witnesses who were in the area where the 19-year-old cheerleader died. Both heard fighting around the same time as his death, telling authorities they heard an individual screaming, “Let me go!” » a few moments before the death of the young student.
Aguilera was found dead Friday, Nov. 28, in a student apartment complex near the University of Texas, after the Texas A&M-Longhorns football game.
Buzbee’s first alleged witness is a man who claims to be down the street from the apartment complex.
“[He heard]“Let me go!” – and screams, then a muffled scream between 12:30 a.m. and 1 a.m. next to the apartment,” Buzbee said during a press conference on Friday, December 5.
The second witness was said to be across the hall at the time of the student’s death.
“Another witness could hear walking back and forth and screaming,” Buzbee said.
The Austin Police Department announced Thursday, Dec. 4, that Aguilera’s official cause of death was suicide.
“In every investigation we have to rely on the evidence, and all of the evidence in this case points to suicide,” said Sgt. » declared Nathan Sexton during a press conference.

Courtesy of GoFundMeSexton also said investigators found a “deleted digital suicide note” on Aguilera’s phone, “that was written to specific people in her life.”
But Buzbee said Austin police did not speak to any of the witnesses and simply ruled the death a suicide.
Buzbee argued that the purported suicide note was actually an essay she wrote days before her death.
“[The lead investigator] sees an essay on her phone and he calls it a suicide note,” Buzbee said. “She wrote an essay on the 25th that she deleted — and then she goes and kills herself four days later? It’s really ridiculous.
He added: “It’s complete nonsense that they’re trying to sell you. »
Aguilera’s mother, Stephanie Rodriguez, said at the same news conference Friday that her daughter “was not suicidal” and that she spoke to her every day.
She asked Austin police to reopen the investigation into her daughter’s death.
“I can stand you (the Austin Police Department) being annoyed every time I call or try to talk to you,” Rodriguez said. “I can stand how arrogantly you look down on us every time we speak. I can stand when you tell my daughter’s friends not to talk to me like I’m some kind of criminal. But I can’t stand when you have a press conference and say false things about my child.”
She continued: “Without a thorough investigation, I cannot stand for you to jump to conclusions and not conduct a proper investigation. I cannot deal with your failure to do your job, to do your job.”
Rodriguez spoke to People on Tuesday, December 2, discussing when police told him the outcome of their investigation.
“And that’s when it really upset me because I was like my daughter isn’t suicidal,” Rodriguez told People. “I would know. She’s not suicidal. Why would she be? She was living her best life. She loved life. I mean, she loved going to school. She wanted to be a lawyer.”
