I was mentally – I did not win the golf tournament until the last putt fell. I was very – I don’t want to say that I hoped the playoffs, but I was really ready for that, and that didn’t happen in this way, but that was, yes.”

Mouw took a hot start, steaming at the first three holes and five on the first nine. He sneakted the two holes by 5, n ° 7 and 10, and totaled new in the round without Bogey, including an 18 feet on the 17th par-3.

“Well, I played very good golf this week,” said Mouw when he was questioned at the start of the seven strokes of the round. “There were many close calls and I knew that if everything clicks and I did the right things, I could go pretty much. I’m just delighted that it happened.”

Peterson, who was looking for his first PGA Tour victory during his 20th departure, had a rough blow, with bogeys at n ° 3 and 6 for +2 on the first nine. He did his only storms of La Ronde – at n ° 10, 14 and 16 – on the nine rear.

“I do not know, I had difficulties on the first nine,” said Peterson, 37, who won his first finalist. “I mean, I hit him in this Bunker of Fairway on 3 and I could not get on green, so I will take this Bogey. Ducy to Three Putt over 6, but for my defense, I have not struck this green all week, I do not think that many people have done it, so it is difficult to know what speed was going to be what I was.”

Spain Manuel Elvira finished third with 7 under a 66 Sunday. Amateur Jackson Koivun, 20, who plays at the University of Auburn, tied in sixth row at 5 sous. Chan Kim, who led after two days with cycles of 61 and 68, went 75-73 the rest of the path to equalize the 14th to 3 sous.
