LORRIE Morgan occurs after the death of the husband Randy White

Country star Lorrie Morgan Fix on the stage for the first time after the husband Randy WhiteDeath.
Morgan, 65, performed at the Mountain Arts Center in Prestonsburg, Kentucky, Friday, June 6, with his son Jesse Keith Whitley Beginning of the show as an opening act.
The next day, Morgan sang at the CMA Fest in Nashville. Later in the day of Saturday June 8, Morgan shared a video via Facebook from his performance to the Grand Ole Opry.
A few days before his shows, Morgan shared that White died at 72 on June 1 after a battle against cancer.
“Randy is my partner, my champion and my rock for 17 years. Our big and wonderful family and I are devastated by the loss of this really nice and incredible man,” wrote Morgan via Instagram at the time. “I was blessed by his love. Ran-group, I will love you and you will miss you forever. ”
The official account of Grand Ole Opry shared its condolences, writing in the comments section: “We are really sorry for your loss and keeping you in our thoughts and our prayers. We will miss. ❤️. “
In 2024, Morgan announced that White had received a diagnosis of mouth cancer. She canceled her events for two weeks in April while White was admitted to the hospital.
The couple made the knot in 2010, sharing the two children of Morgan and the four children of White. After the news broke out of White’s death, Whitley paid tribute to her stepfather.
“While I sit here in the room with Hospice, I don’t really know what to think or say about this situation,” he wrote via Facebook on June 1. “But, I can say that the last years of my life back when I was 22 at 23 years old, this great man was here and loved my mother, and also me and my sister as we were his.”
Whitley noted that White showed Morgan “unconditional love” and was “the sweetest soul for ever having honored this whole family”.
“As we say goodbye, I remember all the good times we had and the battles he helped to overcome. I cannot tell you the number of love that has flocked fans, family and friends,” he concluded. “We will always miss and forever and our hearts are broken by losing you. But you fought a fight helluva Ranman! Sost Easy Say Hello to everyone and loves on Weezy. ”
