Why Chuck Lorre asked Christine Baranski to play Leonard’s mother on Big Bang theory

Christine Baranski is crashing absolutely, and it is a do. In Jessica Radloff’s book in 2022 “The Big Bang Theory: The Definitive, Inside Story of the Epic Hit Series”, Executive producer Lee Aronsohn spoke of Beverly’s introduction in season 2 of the series … and why Baranski joined the show. “Mandrel [Lorre] And I worked with Christine on “Cybill” and loved him, “said Aronsohn, and YesLorre also created “Cybill” at the time. “We knew the rhythms of the woman.
