Whoopi Goldberg slammed after sharing a surprising reason for which she cannot retire

Legendary actress and talk show animator Whoopi Goldberg never was afraid to address his opinions on real issues. Although it is not clear exactly how Goldberg, who has also played in many successful films, TV series and Broadway productions, made on “The View”, a previous report by Variety notes that the mother of a contract extension in 2016 for around 5 to 6 million dollars.

According to another parade report, a source shared in 2022 that Goldberg won $ 8 million a year for his work on the show. The publication also said that its net value was around $ 30 million.

Despite the Hefty pay check, Goldberg shared a similar feeling concerning its place in the series in 2024, saying that it was only “The View” for money.

“I work to earn a living. If I had all the money in the world, I wouldn’t be there, ok? So, I am a person who works, you know?” She said.

Several other posters criticized the previous comments of the star of “Color Purple” on finance, referring to a specific declaration that she made on the young generation.
