“Very proud of you” – Cristiano Ronaldo reacts on social networks while his debut for the Portugal U15 team

Cristiano Ronaldo revealed his pride to his son Cristiano Jr after the youngster made his debut for the Portugal U15 team in Croatia. The 14 -year -old came out of the bench while the Portugal U15 team won a convincing victory over Japan in his tournament opening match. The young Selecao won 4-1, Rafael Cabral made the headlines with a hat-trick.
Former Cristiano Ronaldo went to social networks to celebrate his son’s international beginnings, expressing his pride. He congratulated the young person, who wore his emblematic seven seal shirt in the game.
“Congratulations on your beginnings of @selecaoportugal, son. Very proud of you!”
Cristiano Jr was accompanied by the tournament in Croatia by his grandmother Maria Dolores, and he was represented with her after the match. She looked at the touchline with fans carrying the Portugal shirt of her son of the 2010 FIFA World Cup.
Cristiano Ronaldo Jr is in the books of the Academy of Al-Nassr and is the only player from outside Europe to be involved in the U15 this month. He hopes to appear in the other two games of the Vlatko Markovic tournament, with Greece and England as an adversaries.
The 14-year-old is eligible for playing for Portugal, the United States and Spain, and will decide on his international future in the coming years. He played in the academies of Manchester United, Real Madrid, Juventus and Al-Nassr.
Senior Cristiano Ronaldo played nine games for the Portugal U-15 team in 2001 before getting into the ranks quickly. He has since become the top international scorer in the history of football, scoring 136 goals in 219 appearances for his country.

The absence of Cristiano Ronaldo was not revealing for his team Al-Nassr when they won a 9-0 victory against Al-Akhdoud at their meeting of Saudi Pro League. Najd’s knights were without their influential captain, but claimed a convincing victory far from their home.
Ronaldo was left out by manager Stefano Pioli due to a little fatigue, and Sadio Mane intensified in his absence. The former man of Liverpool scored four times in the match, with Jhon Duran also marking twice. Ayman Yahya, Marcelo Brozovic and Mohammed Maran were also on the match sheet for Pioli.
Ronaldo is in the last month of his contract with Al-Nassr, and the 40-year-old has had another successful season before the goal. He heads the league’s goals with 23 goals, two goals in front of Karim Benzema and Abderrazak Hamdallah with three games to play.
