Vaibhav Suryavanshi collapses under pressure in U19 Asia Cup as Pakistan erupts in wild celebrations
The Pakistan dugout stood up and looked elated at the dismissal of young Indian opener Vaibhav Suryavanshi, who otherwise tormented the bowlers but failed several times against the Pakistan side.
India are currently competing in the Under-19 Men’s Asia Cup, and the Ayush Mhatre-led side made a promising start to the campaign with a 234-run win over the UAE in the first match. Young batter Vaibhav Suryavanshi was their best performer with the bat, having scored 171 runs off just 95 balls. His innings dominated India to a massive 433 in their 50 overs.
The Pakistan Under-19 team is also part of the tournament and began its campaign with a 297-run win over Malaysia. For them, Sameer Minhas remained the pick of the batters with an unbeaten 177, and speedsters Mohammad Sayyam and Ali Raza picked three wickets each.

Vaibhav Suryavanshi starts cheaply against Pakistan
Heading into the second match of the tournament, Pakistan skipper Farhan Yousaf won the toss and elected to bowl first in the rain-affected 49-over match. Ayush Mhatre, the skipper, opened the innings with the destructive Vaibhav Suryavanshi.

India managed to score 136 runs in their innings, and Suryavanshi was the top scorer of the innings, followed by Naman Dhir with 35 runs.
