Megan you stud officially launched its defamation lawsuit against a blogger Miracle Gramz. Megan sued Gramz, accusing the blogger of running a “coordinated social media campaign” with Tory Lanez support. The lawsuit also claims Milagro spread lies about Meg to punish her after she publicly named Lanez as her shooter during the July 2020 incident.

Megan Thee Stallion Collapses During Milagro Gramz Defamation Trial

ABC News reports that Megan Thee Stallion took the witness stand at a federal courthouse in Miami on Thursday, November 20. Meg, real name Megan Pete, told the court she believed Milagro Gramz had created a space for people to speak negatively about her. “I felt like no one cared that I was shot.” Meg shared. “I know everyone was making jokes about it.”

She also emotionally recalled social media posts Milagro’s account allegedly promoted, which she said cast doubt on her story and caused her emotional distress. Additionally, the rapper mentioned questioning her place in the world.

“There was a time when I really didn’t care if I lived or died. I felt like I didn’t matter. I shouldn’t even live. I don’t want to be here. I’m tired of waking up. I just wanted to die. I was so tired of being alive,” Megan reportedly said on the stand.

Meg accuses Milagro of allegedly spreading fake explicit images

According to NBC News, Meg also accused Milagro of urging her social media followers to view an unauthorized, sexually explicit video of her. She claimed the images were fake and she still felt “defeated”, believing Mialgro had shared them, hoping people would think it was real. “Because no matter what, it doesn’t matter if the video was fake or not,[Gramz] I wanted it to be real,” » said the rapper while wiping his tears.

Earlier in the week, Milagro Gramz took the stand at the Miami trial, admitting to discussing Meg’s shooting on social media. She added that she spoke with Lanez, hoping to have him as a guest on her platform. Gramz said Tory paid her, but she claims the money was for personal things like her children’s birthdays and promotional work.

The jury then reportedly saw social media posts in which Gramz said Megan was not shot. When asked in court if she thought Meg had been shot, Gramz said no — saying Meg had only stepped on glass, the same story Meg initially told police. “I can’t say she lied about it because I wasn’t there.” Milagro told the court.

Tory Lanez fined $20,000 for avoiding defamation questions in Meg’s Milagro lawsuit

While serving time for the alleged shooting of Megan Thee Stallion in 2020, Tory Lanez sat for three depositions regarding Meg’s case against Gramz. During the rapper’s latest deposition, he reportedly refused to answer questions about Meg’s lawsuit against Milagro, leading a judge to find him in contempt. According to Rolling Stone, Judge Lisette M. Reid issued her decision on November 16 after Lanez’s third appearance in jail. Tory reportedly agreed to pay the fines, saying he was a “millionaire and he didn’t care.”

He also refused to explain how he met Milagro. And refused to reveal whether he communicated with her via text or social media. Lanez now owes Meg’s lawyers $20,000 for his failure to comply, according to ABC News.

Currently, it has been reported that Meg is seeking an unspecified amount from Gramz in:
