Two French police officers, aged 23 and 35, have been charged with the alleged rape of a 26-year-old woman while she was in police custody at the court in Bobigny, a town in the northeastern suburbs of Paris. Authorities said Sunday that a video of the act was discovered on the cellphone of one of the officers.
