The Minnesota Twins hope that a swing will be able to propel them to a serial victory.

The Twins will compete against the Rays of Tampa Bay on Saturday afternoon in Minneapolis for the second episode of a series of three games. The Minnesota won a 4-3 victory during the opening of the series thanks to a return circuit at the bottom of the ninth by Harrison Bader on Friday.

The solo shot gave the twins a victory during the opening of a nine game homestand.

“We needed this as a team,” said the right -hander of twins Chris Paddack. “Winback Win. Homer Walk-Off by Bader. At home. Fourth July. Just the energy change in this clubhouse in the last week against today was different from night.

“So I hope we can take this energy in the next two games against Tampa, and I hope the rest of the Homestand before driving for the second half of the season.”

The Rays, on the other hand, will try to take a cold spell that has led four defeats in the last five games.

Tampa Bay was also looking forward to a word on the status of Ha-Seong Kim, who made his team debut on Friday but left the match due to an injury on the right. He came out after going 1 for 3.

Kim, who missed the first three months of the season by recovering from an off -season surgery on his right shoulder, did not think that the last injury would highlight him in the long term.

“I think we will have to reassess (Saturday),” said Kim. “But I don’t think it should be a big problem. I didn’t feel anything in my calf until I start running at the third base. Let’s just see (Saturday).”

The director of Rays, Kevin Cash, also took an optimistic tone.

“I hope (it is fine). We will see just,” said Cash. “It’s a bit daily. Check it overnight and then (Saturday).”

The Twins have been looking for their first set of consecutive victories since winning three of June 25 to 27. Before scoring four points on Friday, they scored a total of three points in their four previous games.

Bader hopes that his explosion will mark a turning point.

“You really have to believe that you are still in a field or a swing or a diving game far from turning the tides,” said Bader. “When you have a lot of guys reinforcing this and who care and who want to win like you, good things happen.

“You really become a swing, to a field.”

The right-hander Rays Taj Bradley (5-6, 4.79 ERA) will even try the series when he takes the mound on Saturday. He hopes to bounce back on a defeat on Sunday against the Orioles of Baltimore, who scored him for five points in eight strokes in 5 1/3 sleeves.

Bradley faced Minnesota four times during his career, with 0-2 with an MPM of 4.38. He won a defeat against the twins visiting on May 27, when he authorized three points (two deserved) on five strokes in seven rounds. He removed six and walked one.

The Twins had not announced a starter for Saturday. Minnesota must reshape his rotation after placing the right -hander Bailey Ober on the injured list on Wednesday due to an impact of the left hip.
