Postcoglou led the Spurs in Triumph of the Europa League just over two weeks ago, which means that the club will appear in the next mandate of the Champions League, but the 59 -year -old man was relieved on Friday.
Tottenham finished 17th in the Premier League – a place above relegation places – after a record of 22 defeats in 38 championship matches.
Following a performance examination and after a significant reflection, the club can announce that Ange Postocoglou was relieved of its functions.

“You have believed in yourself and in us, from the first day and never fuck a second. Even when the others did.
“You knew what we have been capable of from the start. You did it in your own way. And your way has brought this club the best night it has had for decades. We will have these memories for life.
“You trusted me with the captain. One of the highest honors of my career. It was an incredible privilege to learn from your close leadership. I am a better player and a better person because of you.
“Angel Postocoglou, you are a legend of Tottenham Hotspur forever. Thank you, guy.”
We are extremely grateful to Ange for his commitment and contribution during his two years at the club.
Angel will always remain memories as the only third manager in our history to deliver a European trophy.
