The wife of Kilmar Abrego Garcia alleges abuse in the audio of the court obtained by USA Today

Deported by the alleged member of the MS-13, Kilmar Abrego Garcia, faces more allegations of abuse after an audio recording would have been from his wife, Jennifer Vasquez Sura, begging a judge for a temporary protection order.
In a registration of a judicial hearing of August 2020 obtained by USA Today, Sura describes the abuses she would have suffered in the hands of Abrego Garcia. Sura recalled several cases of alleged abuse, saying that Greo Garcia had pushed it, grabbed it by the hair and slapped it.
“On Wednesday, he struck me, like about three in the morning, he woke up and as, hit me,” said Sura in court.

At one point, Sura said she was trying to escape Abrego Garcia when she saw a neighbor walking their dog and screaming “helps”. Sura said that Greo Garcia “grabbed me with my hair, then he slapped me.”
The neighbor would have been amazed and “did not know what to do”.
In addition, Sura alleys in the recording she tried to obtain an order in December, probably in 2019, but that the family of Abrego Garcia convinced it not to do it because her father was sick.

Bodycam images show that Greo Garcia interacts with the Tennessee road patrol during a traffic stop which led to traffic allegations. According to an internal security investigation report in 2022, the soldier saw eight individuals in the vehicle, and Abrego Garcia said he had been driving from Texas to Maryland for three days to Missouri to bring them under construction.
Last month, senator Chris Van Hollen, D-MD., Went to Salvador to meet Abrego Garcia, a decision that was criticized by the Republicans and Democrats, especially after the allegations against Abrego Garcia.

Patty Morin, the mother of the murdered woman of Maryland Rachel Morin, criticized Van Hollen for making the trip. Morin also said that she had “no interaction” with Van Hollen since the murder of Rachel. The illegal immigrant and the national Salvadoran Victor Martinez-Hernandez was recently convicted of having raped and murdered Rachel in August 2023.
