The Vampire Lestat New teaser

The New York Comic Con crowds were visited by the vampire Lestat himself, Sam Reid and the rest of the guests. Interview with the Vampire the creative team and cast will talk about season three, now titled The Vampire Lestat by Anne Rice– and share a new teaser.

The world of Anne Rice shows becomes a tangled, messy mix of drama and ancient vendettas. The upcoming season’s showcase has set the hearts of Loustat shippers aflutter as the internet’s vampire dads are going through a divorce. Can we still have Louis (Jacob Anderson) on the weekend?

The vampire Lestat follows Lestat’s rock star era, where he reaches hedonistic heights and travels through a self-created hell in the public eye. How embarrassing! The change in perspective is a big deal, as Daniel Molloy (Eric Bogosian) returns to document Lestat’s side of the story and any sordid details Louis may have left out.

But knowing Lestat, he’s definitely a creature of the moment and he’ll no doubt bring his impulsive nature to the screens his fans watch him on for shock, leading to the troubles of what happens next in Anne Rice’s books (Vampire Chronicles the fans know).

As Deadline reports, additional cast members were announced today: Sheila Atim as Akasha, Noah Reid as Larry, Ryan Kattner as Salamander, Seamus Patterson as Alex, and Sarah Swire as TC have joined the series.
