The United States has expelled Asian migrants to South Sudan, lawyers say the courtyard
The administration of American president Donald Trump illegally expelled two Asian men in South Sudan, lawyers were told.
In a submission to a federal judge in Boston, lawyers said that a flight carrying a dozen people, including citizens from Myanmar and Vietnam, landed in South Sudan on Tuesday.
An order of the previous court prohibits the US government from deporting migrants to third countries without having “a significant opportunity” to challenge these moves.

National immigration lawyers Litigation Alliance asked the federal judge on Tuesday an emergency order to prevent deportations.
Justice Brian Murphy made a decision on April 18 demanding that illegal migrants have the opportunity to challenge the move to countries other than their homeland.
After information has surfaced that some of the migrants were going to be sent to Libya, judge Murphy, a man named Biden, said that such a decision would violate his decision.
Burmese lawyers declared in the Tuesday judicial file that their client speaks a limited Englishman and refused to sign a notice of dismissal himself by officials of a detention center for immigration to Texas.
On Tuesday morning, a lawyer sent an email to the center after noticing that his client no longer presented himself to a locator of the United States in matters of immigration and customs, said the court of the court. She was informed that he had been withdrawn from the United States.
