The United Nations agency claims that 25 states suspend American expeditions

Geneva: An agency of the United Nations responsible for the postal sector said on Tuesday that 25 of its member states suspended goods from the United States in the midst of uncertainty after the administration of President Donald Trump abandoned a customs tax rule which exempt the small rights of rights.
The Universal Postal Union, an agency based in Switzerland, promoting cooperation between the postal services of its 192 member countries, said they expressed their concerns concerning the disruption in a letter to the Secretary of State Marco Rubio on August 25, 2025.
He did not name the countries, although Australia, Norway and Switzerland and others have already publicly announced suspensions.
The news comes after Trump’s administration said last month that it suspends the world exemption from “minimis”, which also allows minimum documents, for international shipments of less than $ 800, from August 29.
