The star Kelsey Mitchell fever leaves match 5 due to cramps

The star goalkeeper of Indiana Fever, Kelsey Mitchell, left in the third quarter of match 5 Tuesday from the semi-final of his team against the Ace hosts in Las Vegas after his leg gave in a frightening scene.
Mitchell, who was dealing with “a lot of low body cramps”, was transported to a hospital to be administered liquids, said Indiana coach Stephanie White, after the fever lost 107-98 in overtime to complete their season.
Mitchell was seen grabbing his left knee during a fever possession, and during their next trip to the ground, when an offensive fault was called his teammate Aliyah Boston, Mitchell told the referee that she needed medical care.
The team’s coaches spent several minutes working on their leg, ESPN reporting that they were focused on their quadruple left area. At one point, they deployed a stretcher for Mitchell, but she got up and was able to leave the ground with help.
Mitchell had 15 points and was 3-in-3 of the beach 3 points before its release.
AS ASSOURE A’JA Wilson said after the match: “She has just spent a phenomenal season and I really hope that Indiana fever will continue to take care of it, because it is a gem.”
Mitchell, a triple All-Star, finished fifth in the MVP vote this season. She has an average of a career summit of 20.2 points and 3.4 assists while starting the 44 games for Indiana, and she had an explosion of 34 points in match 1 of the series against Las Vegas.
The fever was already without Caitlin Clark, Sophie Cunningham and Aari McDonald due to end -of -season injuries.
The aces are moving to cope with the Phoenix Mercury in the WNBA final.
