A spaceship in the Soviet era which was designed to land on the surface of Venus crashed on Earth on Saturday, decades after its launch. The European Union surveillance and spatial monitoring agency has confirmed the uncontrolled reintegration of Kosmos 482 but could not determine its precise location.
