Amazon has officially announced the dates of its next annual commercial event, and there is a twist this year. Prime Day 2025 will last four days, from July 8 to July 11. A departure from previous years during which Prime Day was a 48 -hour business, this year, the purchasing event will extend over an entire week, bringing thousands of exclusive and privileged offers on all fashionable electronics.
In addition to stimulating a large number of sales in a short time, Amazon Prime Day has always been a means for the online retail giant to increase the overall number of subscribers. Prime Day is not necessarily an advantage of the $ 139 per year service such as access to the premium video content or free delivery of two days, but it certainly helps that most of the offers that you will find on Amazon during the event are exclusively available for the Prime members.
The event being four days this year, we expect to see offers of a day only as well as sales that extend over the entire day (s). We usually recommend buying things on your list as soon as you see them on sale just to avoid the disappointment that comes with the items that are sold, and this time is not different. This is particularly true for offers that are listed as “limited time”, or any lightning transaction which lasts only a few hours.
Prime Day in July is the main commercial event of Amazon for a decade now, but that has not prevented the company from extending the scope of the event. “October Prime Day” has become a pillar in the fall, and the great spring sale of Amazon is a relatively new commercial event which has taken place in March in the past two years. No word yet on if the first day in October 2025 will be one thing, but we think it is almost guaranteed at this stage.
