Solo and commercial class travelers pay more for plane tickets on the main American carriers than group travelers, according to a recent report.
Analysts of the Thrifty Traveler flight agreement, an alert flight service, recently analyzed hundreds of daily roads and discovered that US airlines, United Airlines and Delta all billed higher prices.

Delta Air Lines refused to comment. However, according to the airline, this price structure is not new to Delta or in the air transport industry.

Susan Weinstock, CEO of Consumer Federation of America, told Fox Business that travelers deserve fair and transparent prices.
“Airlines should not penalize travelers to fly solo, especially when this pricing is hidden at the sight of the public,” said Weinstock.
