The judge gives a final warning to the behavior of the Diddy’s courtroom

The defendant was seen to make expressions and gestures towards the jury during the testimonies

Sean “Diddy” Combs is on thin ice with the judge overlooking his federal trial.

On Thursday, June 5, the American district judge Arun Subramanian threatened to withdraw the rapper from the court after pretending to be tried with the jury, US Weekly reported.

“There would be no interaction with the jury,” said the judge. “Otherwise, I will remove your client from the courtroom.”

Subramanian said that he had already clarified this rule, but Combs seemed to ignore him.

“There was a line of questions where your customer nodded vigorously and looked at the jury,” said the judge. “There should be no effort to have interactions with this jury.”

Diddy’s lawyer Marc Agnifilo assured the judge that this would not happen again.

According to an eyewitness inside the courtroom, a juror even seemed to laugh at something that the accused did, by US Weekly.

The artist of the sketches of the audience hall Jane Rosenberg also said that the rapper had made various facial expressions during the trial – both favorable and disdainful – according to testimony.

The trial began in May after Diddy’s arrest in September 2024 for sex trafficking and a racketeering plot. He pleaded not guilty and remains behind bars after several deposit requests refused.
