Montcerc Capital has acquired a minority participation in Polykar, a Canadian manufacturer specializing in sustainable flexible packaging solutions.
This strategic investment aims to improve Polykar’s growth in the North American market.
Financial support should improve polykar production capacities and accelerate the creation of new environmental packaging options in response to the increase in market demand.
Polykar specializes in the polyethylene film (PE) for converters, as well as various food and industrial packaging products.
The company’s product portfolio also includes recycled waste bags and certified accounting bags and films.
