The Minnesota Twins delivered an impressive imitation of the World Series Los Angeles Dodgers champion.

The Twins made seven walks and benefited completely from a trembling defense during a 10-7 victory on Tuesday in Los Angeles. They head to Wednesday’s match against the Dodgers with a chance during a serial victory.

Tuesday’s victory was only the third in 15 games for the Twins against the Dodgers since 2017.

Minnesota’s relentless attack on Tuesday included two strokes and two walks from Carlos Correa and Ty France. Correa scored four points and France, from West Covina, California, added three.

Christian Vazquez made two strokes with three points produced, while Royce Lewis also rolled in a race in three different sleeves and none of them at a base. Royce, originally from the County of Orange nearby, won circuits with a choice of defender, a promenade loaded with bases and a return with the loaded bases.

“We remained very disciplined,” said twins director Rocco Baldelli. “We tried to force them in the area. I think our guys were watching the match, paying attention to other guys, then took these thoughts on the plate themselves. And when we had land, we also hit good locations. … There was a lot of nods and approval in the canoe.”

After losing two of the three in Colorado, the twins can go home with a profitability threshold when they send the right-hander Chris Paddack (3-9, 5.14 ERA) to the mound on Wednesday.

Paddack, who played three seasons with the Padres of San Diego, is 1-4 with an MPM of 6.63 in eight career departures against the Dodgers. It has 0-3 with 7.77 MPM in five departures at Dodger Stadium.

After abandoning six points in five rounds against Chicago Cubs in a defeat before the Chicago Cubs stars break, Paddack returned Friday to abandon five points in five rounds in another defeat, this one in the Rockies. Four of these points came in the first round.

The dodgers will turn to the right-hander Tyler Glasnow (1-1, 3.10), which made five departures before making the list of injured at the end of April with an inflammation of the shoulder. He granted two points, and just a deserved, during the first two departures of his return.

Glasnow is 2-0 with an MPM of 2.81 in three career outings (two starts) against the twins.

“He’s in a very good place,” said Dodgers manager Dave Roberts. “I think it is really focused. Certainly very useful to put it back, and there is a lot of clarity right now with Tyler.”

There is less clarity with a defense that made two mistakes on Tuesday and was at best slimmed

The lift enclosure took another hit when the right -hander Ben Casparius came out with a calf injury, a match after the departure of Tanner Scott with inflammation of the elbow.

There is no concern with the double -meaning star, Shohei Ohtani, who has a home run in four consecutive games for the first time in his career. One of these matches included a three-round pension performance against the Twins in a 5-2 victory on Monday.

“It looks like every night he does his part,” said Roberts about Ohtani. “He does not let the dashboard dictate his efforts. He is there every night. He takes good at-bats. … (and) I think the offensive begins to show a life.”
