Taylor Swift gives one last glimpse of her Tour of the eras concert documentary before its official release.
“On December 12, every new song, every new moment [and] everything you’ve been waiting for,” read a trailer shared via Disney on Monday, December 1, as Swift, 35, played The Department of Tortured Poets pieces during his tour. “Including a new acoustic set.”
Elsewhere in the trailer, Swift spoke directly to her fans.
“We’ve had so much time to prepare for the end of this tour, and we can play one last show for you here tonight,” she exclaimed. “I want to thank each and every one of you for being a part of the most exciting chapter of my life to date.”
Swift began her three-hour concert tour in March 2023, crossing countries and continents until December 2024. The shows ended in Vancouver, Canada, which the pop star had filmed for a Disney+ documentary.
“It was the end of an era and we knew it,” she captioned an announcement on Instagram last month. “We wanted to remember every moment leading up to the climax of the most important and intense chapter of our lives, so we allowed the filmmakers to capture this tour and all the stories woven through it until its end. And to film the final show in its entirety.”
The doc will star her TTP set, which she added to the lineup in May 2024, and last night’s surprise song medley of “Long Live,” “New Year’s Day” and “The Manuscript.”
In addition to her Final show concert film, Disney+ will also release a six-episode documentary series chronicling his experience on the tour.
“I honestly can’t imagine a better way to celebrate my (almost) birthday than to relive the Tour of the eras with you,” Swift captioned a trailer shared via Instagram earlier this month. “This time we’re going behind the scenes. The end of an eraa 6-episode behind-the-scenes documentary series, broadcast on @disneyplus starting December 12.

“It feels good [to have completed it]to be honest,” Swift said during an episode of “New Heights” in August. “I miss it, but it was perfect for what it was. It was a lot of physical therapy and it was a lot of being in a state of perpetual physical discomfort.
She added, “I miss the fans and I missed that connection, but at the same time, it was so special. It was the most formative time of my life. I learned so much about how far I can push myself and whether I set a goal for myself. Doing a three-and-a-half hour show at the beginning, you can’t be sick one day and decide tonight it’s going to be two-and-a-half hours. It’s just about putting the fan experience first.”
THE Tour of the eras was also the catalyst for her relationship with Kelce, 36, who first asked her out because he was fascinated by her July 2023 concert in Kansas City. He then made his stage debut at a show in London in June 2024 and has attended countless other shows.
Additionally, Swift Eras the experience and romance with Kelce inspired his latest studio album, The life of a showgirl, which fell in October.
