On Friday, December 5, Momsen spoke with PEOPLE magazine at iHeartRadio 102.7 KIIS FM’s Jingle Ball, where she spoke about her reunion with the 63-year-old Canadian-American actor and comedian at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony on November 8, 2025.

Recalling her meeting with Carrey, the Gossip Girl The star said: “The whole experience was absolutely crazy, kismet, universally aligned, mind-blowing and incredible.”
“Just seeing him again was the most wonderful thing that could have happened. The crazy thing is, he was the same guy. I didn’t know what to expect because it had been 25 years,” Momsen remarked.
“When we saw each other and hugged and, you know, kissed, it was like this overwhelming, extremely warm feeling of ‘I know you like this.’ It felt like home, that’s what I keep saying, and that’s just the most accurate way to describe it. It was incredible,” Hansel and Gretel old recalled.
