Lily Allen is in her fashion girl era.
Allen, 40, attended the Council of Fashion Designers of America Awards at the American Museum of Natural History in New York City on Monday, November 3, just after the release of her hot new album. West End Girlwhich apparently refers to her recent separation from her ex-husband David Harbor.
