On Wednesday, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) said that the Super League Pakistan (PSL) will continue according to the calendar despite increasing cross -border tensions with India after the terrorist attack in the cashmere pahalgam. The Indian Armed Forces, in the early hours of Wednesday, launched precision missile strikes on nine terrorist targets in Pakistan and Pakistan occupied cashmere (POK), including the Bastions of Jaish-E-Mohammed in Bahawalpur and Lashkar-E-Taiba in Muridke. The PCB said the planned match between Islamabad United and Quetta Gladiators will take place at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium. Rawalpindi will organize matches on May 7, 8, 9 and 10. Subsequently, the final group phase match was scheduled for Multan on May 11.
The qualifier should take place in Rawalpindi on May 13, while the eliminators (1 and 2) and the final of the renowned event must take place on May 14, 16 and 18, respectively at the Gaddafi stadium.
