The show was dropped shortly after the report was released, but Sony certainly has no plans to give up. The last of us has been a success on television, and other films and shows are coming to PlayStation properties like God of War, Ghost of Tsushima/Yotei, And Helldiverse.

If Horizon will land in 2027, the only question is whether it will be released before or After THE Legend of Zelda the film was released on May 7 of that year? The guerrilla game has been overshadowed by Breath of the Wild released shortly after its 2017 release. It would be a shame (although hilarious) to see this streak continue on the big screen.
