Shortly after the album’s release, Sunday mail revealed that “Madeline” was actually a pseudonym for Natalie Tippett, a 34-year-old costume designer who worked with Harbor on the 2021 Netflix film “We Have A Ghost.”

Speaking about the song to the outlet, Tippett revealed, “Of course I heard the song,” adding that the situation was “a little scary” for her and her family.

The revelation made fans even more sure that “West End Girl” is not just art, but revenge.

Behind Allen’s musical success lies a darker side, one that could harm Harbour’s career.
