Sabers signs g devon levi at 2 years contract

The keeper of a limited free agent Devon Levi signed a two -year contract worth 1.625 million dollars with the Buffalo sabers on Thursday.

Levi, 23, was 2-7-0 with an average of goals ranging from 4.12 and a percentage of stops of 0.872 in nine appearances (eight departures) with the sabers last season.

He succeeded much better with Rochester of the American Hockey League, displaying a 25-13-4 with a GAA of 2.20 and 0.919 SP in 42 games with the Americans.

Acquired by Buffalo with a choice of first round in the Sam Reinhart agreement on July 24, 2021, Levi has a record of 17-17-2 with a GAA of 3.29 and .894 SP in 39 games (36 departures) with the Florida Panthers and Sabers.
