A South African court ruled that former Zambian president Edgar Lungu should be returned to Lusaka for state funerals. The decision is a setback for his family, who wanted to buried him in South Africa during a private ceremony. The legal dispute with the Zambian government began in June, after Lungu’s death when he received medical treatment.
