The animosity between O’Donnell and Trump has been mutual for years, the president laughed several times from the actress in interviews, speeches and online publications. His recent comments seem to have struck a nerve again.

Only a few hours after Donald Trump exploded him on Truth Social, calling the actor “threat to humanity” and suggesting that he could revoke his American citizenship, Rosie O’Donnell retaliated with fiery refutation. “Hey, Donald, you are shaken again,” she began in his statement. “Eighteen years later and I still live without rent in your collapsed leader.”

The actress and activist did not stop there, directly targeting Trump’s attempts to discredit her. “You call me a threat to humanity, but I am everything you fear. A noisy woman, a queer woman, a mother who tells the truth, an American who came out when the country caught fire.”

O’Donnell closed his answer with a deeply personal jab, highlighting the striking difference between their world visions. “You are building walls, I build a life for my autistic child in a country where decency still exists,” she said.

This is not the first time that O’Donnell has retaliated on Trump’s threats. Just a few moments after one of her social shots of truth, she went to her own social media to release another stocky response.
