Ron Howard says that “Eden” pushed him in the most anxious chapter of the career

Ron Howard admitted that he felt a wave of nerves while working on his last film Eden.
The Oscar winner director, known for films such as Apollo 13 and a Beautiful Mind, revealed that this project had taken him to an unknown territory and described it as a “great creative risk”.
Speaking during a projection of the cinematographic society in New York, 71 years said that most of his work had a festive tone but that Eden was different.
He explained that it was an edifying story, a real crime thriller that he was proud to give life.
The film told the story of the European settlers who tried to build a new life in Floreana in the Galápagos Islands.
Instead of nature is their greatest challenge, the danger came from the group itself. The film featured Jude Law, Sydney Sweeney and Ana de Armas in leading roles.
Howard said he had met the story for the first time during a family vacation about fifteen years ago when he visited a Galápagos museum.
A play was dedicated to events and it fascinated him so much that he started writing a film plan on his blackberry in the evening.
Alongside Eden, Howard thought about a hectic personal year, while he was celebrating his 50th wedding anniversary, the 40th year of Imagine Entertainment with Brian Grazer and received an appointment to the Emmy.
With hindsight, he credited his parents for teaching him respect for the narration and said that he had never taken his career for acquired.
New York’s premiere attracted a crowd that included Gayle King, Keegan Michael Key and Gina Gershon.
