Robert Irwin emerged victorious while nursing an injury
A day before Robert and his partner Carson gave their final performance in the competition, fans were concerned about the conservationist’s well-being. The Blast shared that the professional dancer sparked concerns after revealing the poor state of Robert’s body.
Carson confessed that 11 weeks of rigorous performance had taken a toll on their bodies, with Robert’s ribs continuing pain. She explained that the injury caused last-minute changes to their choreography; however, her partner refused to stop.
Instead of throwing in the towel, Carson claimed Robert continued to push his body to the limits. She noted that they spent hours rehearsing down to the minute, recalling that they were kicked out of the studio after practice until 9 p.m.
Congratulations, Robert Irwin!
