Reports: Robby Ashford appointed Wake Forest’s departure QB

Sunday, Robby Ashford was appointed the quarter-Arrière starting from Wake Forest, in several reports.
Demon Deacons coach Jake Dickert would have announced the news to the team.
Ashford, a former leaving for Auburn, beat Deshawn Pardie for the concert.
Wake Forest opens the season Friday evening against the visit of Kennesaw State.
Ashford is in his fourth school on a trip that started at Oregon, moved to Auburn and continued in South Carolina. He was transferred to Wake Forest in January.
Ashford, a four-star recruit, made no appearance during his two seasons with the Ducks (2020-21) before leaving for Auburn. He was the main starter in 2022 when he spent 1,613 yards, seven affected and seven interceptions. He also rushed to 710 yards and seven scores.
In 2023, Hugh Freeze was the coach of Auburn and he chose Payton Thorne as a starter. Ashford launched only 27 passes, but rushed to 217 yards and five affected before leaving the program after the season.
Ashford was the safeguarding of Lanorris sellers in South Carolina last season and made 23 of the 32 passes for 324 yards and two affected. He also rushed to 227 yards and two affected before leaving again.
Purdie is a transfer from Charlotte. It passed for 1,802 yards, 10 affected and six interceptions last season.
