Reese Witherspoon makes heartbreaking admission on The Kelly Clarkson Show

Reese Witherspoon recently made a heartbreaking admission about her career.
THE Legally blonde The actress reveals she always wanted to pursue a career in country music like Dolly Parton, Loretta Lynn and Shania Twain during an appearance on the latest episode of The Kelly Clarkson Show.
When Kelly asked, “Is it true that you wanted to be a country singer?”
To which Reese responded that she “really did it” because she was kind of a kid who wanted to be a country music singer and that’s why she went to drama camps, which was kind of funny in her opinion.
THE American idol one elder mentioned that it was “cool to have this dream as a kid and then like maybe it didn’t happen the way you thought it would, but then it ended up happening in a different way.”
The morning show The star agreed with Kelly’s thinking, saying she looked forward to singing, dancing and acting, but her enthusiasm quickly died down during a theater camp.
“They told me to calm down while singing,” the 49-year-old recalls.
Reese said, “I was seated in the back for every dance performance.”
Interestingly, the camp counselors recognized her natural talent for acting at the age of 13 and encouraged her to focus on that rather than singing.
How did she follow the advice at the time? Kelly asked.
Reese responded, “I was good at something,” so that kind of gives her motivation.
