Rangers could land Ryan Kent 2.0 with Ibrox Move for an “incredible” star

The loan player. Glasgow Rangers have had a lot over the years. From good to slightly ugly, Ibrox has seen them all.

With the status of Scottish football throughout the 21st century, Rangers or Celtic can no longer attract the best of the best. This means bringing better quality players to a loan agreement, where they can present their talents before returning to their parent club.

Ryan Kent did not take long to become a cult hero in Ibrox during the 2018/19 season, and Steven Gerrard saw his potential, signing him permanently in the summer of 2019.

A loan agreement – as in the case of Kent – would work well for all parties involved, and I hope that Martin will insert an option to buy a clause in any proposed transaction.
