Protests against hard-on-line immigration tactics spread to the United States on Wednesday after days of gatherings in Los Angeles, while California was preparing for a legal battle on the military deployment of President Trump. More than 1,000 demonstrators paraded peacefully in the second largest American city for a sixth consecutive day.
