Former WWE Star Ridge Holland Shares Huge Injury Update

Popular WWE veteran Ridge Holland, aka Luke Menzies, is now almost ready to start his path back to fitness so he can wrestle again. The star shared it online, along with an X-ray of his neck and spine, saying he was finally fully cleared to return to exercise without any restrictions so he could train properly. This follows his second level cervical disc replacement, which he underwent just 8 weeks ago. He said he knew it was unreal and all he had to do was remove the screws from his foot.

He finished by saying they could call him the Bionic Yorkshireman.

“As of today I am fully allowed to return to unrestricted exercise after my 2 level cervical disc replacement I had 8 weeks ago… UNREAL. I will just have to get these screws out of my foot next. You can call me the Bionic Yorkshireman! 🙌🏻🦾”

The star was injured when he was in WWE and since then he has been released from the company. The star was among those whose contracts were not renewed. Unfortunately, when he complained about it and said he was released while still injured, things took a turn for the worse.

However, the star who went public with her issues did not go well with the company. He was released before the end of the contract. The star complained about not being paid while she was injured.

Now the star is covered for injury rehabilitation when away from the ring, but not otherwise.

It remains to be seen when the star will wrestle next. In November, he was expected to be out until at least April. So it might take a little longer before he wrestles in a ring again.
