The Spanish Civil Guard has led the evacuation efforts while forest fires are burning in the Toledo region.
Dozens of people were invited to leave their homes in Méntrrida and Calypo Fado, while the flames threatened the residential areas and swallowed up large forests.
The authorities estimate that 2,500 hectares (25 m²) of land have been affected.
Strong winds have also fueled thick smoke plumes towards the capital Madrid.
