“He literally stopped in Milliseconde, as, while I was making the film,” said Depp to the Telegraph. “They said we would like you to resign. But what was really in my head is that they wanted me to retire.”

Depp explained why he had chosen to retaliate against Heard’s allegations in what turned out to be one of the most watched trials.
“I fought it because I didn’t have it, so I wouldn’t have been me,” he said at the point of sale. “Of course, everyone says,” Don’t do it. You’re crazy. “”

Depp first found the fame in Hollywood after winning a role on “21 Jump Street” in the 1980s. The experience made him a competitor to be the next idol for adolescents, although Depp is not interested in becoming a television actor.
From the start of his career, Depp did not care to be something he was not.

“I didn’t like labels,” the actor told Telegraph. “What they were desperate to do was make me a boy from the poster:” He’s the new James Dean. “No, I’m not.”
Depp remembers openly revealing his wide consumption of drugs during an interview in the 1990s. At the time, he was asked why viewers should pay attention to a young actor pretending to be an infiltrated cop.
“And I said:” Well, it’s easy. “Because I started taking drugs when I was about 11 years old.” And then I crossed everything, “said Depp to the point of sale.” And she asked me, have you tried marijuana? I went uh-huh. Cocaine? UH-HUH. Heroin? UH-HUH. I mean you call it because that’s how I grew up. At the age of 15, 16 years. “

While Depp has apparently recovered from the civil trial involving his ex-wife, he stressed that he was the “crash test model” for the Metoo movement. Heard asked for divorce in 2016 and days later, asked for a national ban against Depp.
“I’m going to tell you what hurts,” said Times about the consequences of surfacing allegations. “There are people, and I think of three, who made me dirty. These people were in my children’s holidays. Throwing them in the air.”
“And look, I understand people who couldn’t stand up [for me]Because the most frightening thing for them was to make the right choice. I was pre-metoo. I was like a crash test model for Metoo. It was before Harvey Weinstein. And I spared it, I took everything. And so I wanted hundreds of people I met in this industry to see who played safely. Better to wake up! “”

Depp explained that Heard’s “fiction” was not going to disappear unless he retaliated with “the truth”.
“Everyone said:” It will disappear! “But I cannot trust this.” If I do not try to represent the truth, it will be as if I had in fact committed the acts of which I am accused. And my children will have to live with it. Their children. The children I met in hospitals. So the day before the test in Virginia, I did not feel nervous. If you don’t have to memorize lines, if you just talk about the truth? Ride the dice. “
