Elsie Hewitt is madly in love with her and Pete Davidson’s newborn girl.
“[T]o all the moms out there,” Hewitt, 29, captioned a photo of herself shared via her Instagram Stories on Saturday, Dec. 20, “do you sit and look at your baby and cry about how much you love them and you can’t believe it’s yours and your body made this perfect thing and you don’t even know how to handle how much in love you are so you just start crying.
The couple welcomed their newborn on December 12, and Hewitt announced the news via Instagram on December 18.
“Scottie Rose Hewitt Davidson ♥️,” Hewitt captioned the Instagram post, revealing the baby’s name. “My best work yet, absolutely overflowing with love, gratitude and disbelief.”
Davidson and Hewitt first sparked dating rumors in March 2025 and confirmed their relationship two months later. Hewitt announced her pregnancy via Instagram in July while sharing a series of photos and videos of her and Davidson, 31.
“Well now everyone knows we had sex,” she captioned the upload.
“He’s so amazing,” Hewitt said People of her boyfriend on the red carpet in May. “Honestly, he’s the best person I’ve ever met, and I’m very grateful that he’s here tonight. It was really important for both of us to come here and support the [Endometriosis Foundation of America] and continue to help, spread the word and educate people.
Davidson has previously said he wants to have children and become a father one day.

It’s like my dream. It’s super cheesy, [but] that would be so much fun. Dress up the little guy. It’s just that I’m so excited for this chapter.
He added: “That’s kind of what I’m preparing for now, is just trying to be as good as a guy, developing and getting better, so when that happens it’s just easier.”
On Friday, December 19, a source close to the couple exclusively told Us Weekly that the couple may soon make a move following the birth of their baby.
“It’s been a hectic week, but they are obsessed with their little girl and they are over the moon,” the source said. “They welcomed her to New York. They want to raise her in upstate New York, where they have more privacy, normalcy and more of a suburban feel.”
The source continued, “They’ve had their hands full and are still figuring out parenting day by day. Pete is thrilled to officially be a dad and has had a smile on his face since he was born. He was emotional when she arrived.”
