Pakistan restricts India at their lowest power score of the Asian Cup 2025

The Pakistani bowling range kept things tight in the 2025 Asian Cup final against India in Dubai on Sunday, restricting them at 36 points in the power game – their lowest tournament.
It was also the third lowest power score against Pakistan in T20 Internationals.
The early dismissal of the ABHISHEK SHARMA opener had a training effect on the range of strikers from India, slowing down the rating rate and injecting the visible nerves into the prosecution. Without their in shape in form at the fold, the first Indian order struggled to assert control against a disciplined Pakistani attack.
Offering a slower ball outside, Faheem Ashraf attracted Abhishek to get his brand at the start of six. Instead, the erroneous shot stole the end of the bat and was taken safely halfway, returning the left-hander for a five-point figure.
After its dismissal, Pakistan won two crucial shots in the first four letters from the Asian Cup final 2025, rejecting Indian captain Suryakumar Yadav and the operator Shubman Gill to take early control.
The breakthrough occurred when Salman Ali Agha achieved a dramatic socket to return Suryakumar. Faced with a slower bullet launched outside, the Indian skipper deceived its journey and launched the ball into the middle.
Salman rushed forward, juggled falling while falling and ended up holding. The third referee confirmed that the catch had carried, forcing Suryakumar to leave in what was a huge moment for Pakistan.
Shortly after, Haris Rauf added to the misfortunes of India with a sensational seizure of Faheem bowling. Offering a short length outside, he attracted Shubman Gill in a swat attempt. The shot lacked elevation, and Rauf jumped high at the top to pick the ball proper with both hands, leaving India in three shock in the power game.
The double strike put Pakistan firmly in charge of the competition, India under intense pressure to rebuild their sleeves against a busy bowling unit.
