Kourtney admits there’s one thing she now feels deeply guilty about after discovering she did things wrong.
On a recent episode of “The Kardashians,” the Lemme co-founder hosted an event with parenting expert Erica Komisar, during which they discussed breastfeeding.
During the conversation, Kourtney revealed that she often used her phone while breastfeeding her baby, Rocky Thirteen, now 2, a habit Komisar advised against.
“I mean, I didn’t know not to be on the phone while breastfeeding. I definitely did that with all the kids,” she admitted, according to PEOPLE Magazine.

Once again emphasizing her surprise, the mother of four repeated that she really had no idea: “I didn’t know about the breastfeeding phone [thing]” she repeated. “Now I’m like, the guilt I have. But that’s good, because you shouldn’t do it.
Kourtney admitted that she unknowingly did this with all of her children, highlighting how oblivious she was to it at the time.

Her guilt is understandable, especially considering how seriously she takes motherhood. At the Women’s Wear Daily Beauty Inc. Awards in New York, Kourtney shared helpful insights about how she balances parenting with her personal well-being.
As The Blast reports, the socialite revealed that in addition to avoiding alcohol and coffee, her “non-negotiables” include “walking daily and taking my supplements, those are the two things. And getting at least eight hours of sleep.”
Kourtney stressed the importance of consistency, explaining that a routine is essential to maintaining well-being, even when her personal needs are overshadowed by caring for her children. She also emphasized moderation, saying she believes true happiness comes from within.

According to The Blast, the eldest Kardashian posted a photo on Instagram without showing Rocky’s face, which sparked the irritation of a commenter.
