Hundreds of additional federal agents are bound for Minneapolis after the killing of Renee Nicole Good in the Midwest city by an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent sparked massive protests, U.S. Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem told Fox News on Sunday.
