Cold freezing coffee in an ice cream tray makes this chocolate smoothie Loaded with caffeine without diluting the flavor of Moka, as you would with ice cubes. It’s slightly sweet with Pique dates and pumped with proteins thanks to the plain Greek yogurt.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cup (310 ml) Cold brewing coffee, frozen in cubes
  • 1/2 cup (113 g) 2% Greek Yogurt Nature
  • 1/2 cup (118 ml) 2% of milk or non -sweet almond milk
  • 2 Medjool dates, stung
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon of non -sweet cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions

Pour the coffee in an ice cube tray and freeze until it is solid, about 4 hours.

Place yogurt, milk, dates, cocoa powder and vanilla in a mixer and treat until smooth consistency. Scrape the sides of the mixer. Add the coffee ice cubes and mix until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
